Obvious scam....said his badge number was 34700 but when asked where he was calling from he said DC, the area code 713 is Houston and we live across the river from DC. When I told him to quit playing and admit it was a scam he hung up. He actually hung up once before to when I said I was cop...which I am. Reporting to IRS and Treas.

Listed his ID # as 74940 and the case number as "AK2012"
The voice sounded Hispanic. I had to ask for phonetic spelling to understand him.
I will be contacting IRS to report this event.

Utter scam, "regarding an enforcement action, executed by the United States Treasury, ignoring this will be an intentional criminal offense against showing up in front of a magistrate judge or grand jury." They may be calling the elderly to scam them out of their cash because I was at someone else's home and she asked me what is this message?
