Have received recorded messages from Kevin Mason on 6/11 and 6/13/16. He has a slight Indian accent and says that money is owed and that a court date is in my future. The phone # 360-203-0018 is in the State of Washington but I'm sure this is not a US Treasury Dept. person calling.

It was a recorded ROBO call, not a human who left a message. Claimed a case was opened in federal court for TAX FRAUD and I would be arrested if I did not call back. I have a sibling who works in that area of government. Duh.

Man says is Martin Bloomberg on one call and that he works for Bank of America. Calls a month later and says he is James Walsh with the US Treasury Dept.

Both calls were to let me know that I won a lottery (that I NEVER entered) for $15 million dollars.
Of course he needs me to send thousands of dollars for processing fees.

Obvious scam....said his badge number was 34700 but when asked where he was calling from he said DC, the area code 713 is Houston and we live across the river from DC. When I told him to quit playing and admit it was a scam he hung up. He actually hung up once before to when I said I was cop...which I am. Reporting to IRS and Treas.

Same thing. They called me 4 times yesterday, telling me that I owed back taxes, that Feds were watching my home and within 72 hours someone was going to show up at my doorstep and detain me. I finally called them back and blew a police whistle in some foreign guy's ear. Probably a bunch of these illegals that crossed our borders on a turnip truck. Guy kept asking me for my name which I would not give and then he started screaming at me "the police are going to areest you if you do not give your name!!" That's when I got out the whistle.

This guy called me four times in two hours telling me if I didn't cooperate I would be invited by a grand jury and possibly sent to prison. He spoke with a very heave Indian accent. He did not know my name.
If you get a call like this do not call them back, they are scammers. Go to the U.S. Treasury web site and fill out the complaint form under the fraud reporting section.

These guys actually stayed on the line for over and hour and a half! They really want your money and are willing to do what it takes by not letting you off the phone until they get that "GREEN DOT MONEY PACK" validation number!
They will try to get you on their side by telling you that you don't have a criminal past, and that your IRS account was fouled up by your CPA. They will also tell you that if they don't receive a good faith payment that a detective will be dispatched out to your place of employment and or home to arrest you!
Ok ok, maybe I'm being to hard on these people... Fuck no!!!
These guys are scam artists and everytime you call their office a person with an accent answers. That was at least 4 people I was transferred to before getting Kevin smith. They will throw out a somewhat negotiable amount until settling for what's in your wallet.
Please pass this on and maybe we can get these MOFOS out of conning people for their hard earned money.
