Caller very hard to understand but was calling regarding blood thinners that my wife has never taken.

The caller represented themselves as being from the New York State Department of Health and claimed to have "compensation" for me since I took blood thinners in the past. When I asked him who he thought he was talking to, he said Mrs. Flores (although I've had my 917 number since its inception). Obviously a scam of some kind
