Frank had a middle eastern accent and told me my computer was having issues. It was reported from the windows 10 on my computer. don't own a computer with widows 10. When i asked him which computer he got mad and called me a B@S&@R* and a few other expletives. he then pushed buttons on his phone for 5 minutes and told me to hang up,I told him no it was costing him money and not me. He proceeded to hit more buttons for a couple more minutes before finally hanging up.

Received a call from a unknown number, they left a voice mail saying they were from the Harris legal service office and was calling for me. they told me to call the number 8324467544 and gave me like a reference number. Said that they were coming to my house in a few days with a sheriff to serve me and that they also had a employment address for me as well. I haven't done anything, so i'm not calling back. just hope that nobody shows up at my house.

Claimed my computer IP address was putting out malicious code and he had an Indian accent. Gave his pseudonym name of Frank. I told him I thought he was a liar. He said he could give me a phone number to call to verify that he was legitimate.. 844-323-7728. I said whatever, ok I'll call that number and I hung up. No, I didn't call the number. Microsoft Windows does NOT call people to tell them they have a problem. If you have a problem with your computer you have to call them. They have no idea what's going on with your computer.

At 10:06 AM I received a phone call from 951-777-4374 stating that his name was "Frank" and he worked for the Attorney General office in California. He state I falsified information on a payday loan applicaton. I stated that he was a scam and to stop calling my phone number, I then hung up. I received 9 more calls on my cell phone back to back until he decided to call my work phone. At 10:15 I received a phone call on my work phone from Frank stating that I was a criminal and he wanted to speak to my manager and have me fired. Then the police were going to come and beat my a** black and blue. I told him I would not allow him to speak to my manager and I hung up. He preceded to call 5 more times back to back. I asked to speak to his immediate supervisor and he told me he would make me pay. I then hung up. He called again and I had another employee listen in on the conversation. "Frank" got very angry and started yelling saying I need to take the phone of f***ing speaker phone. He stated he will never stop calling and that he will make sure I am fired from my work and will "rot in jail".

The call started with a pre-recorded message saying they could lower my interest rate and to stay on the line. I did and Frank said he could lower my rate on my Capitol One Visa. I told him I didn't have one. Don't give them any info. They will ask for the last 4 of your social security number and the middle 8 of the card. They will transfer you to a supervisor who is rude and yells at you when you say you're not interested. It's a scam.
