Caller asked me to download software onto my computer which would have allowed them to take control of my computer. Call is an attempt at computer fraud and a scam. "Windows" does not call customers nor direct them to alter their computers. Numerous complaints on this number are documented on the web.

I looked him up and he /they have no business liscense and they have had 7 different names??
They wanted a deposit on the phone by credit card?? BEWARE!
