called requesting credit card exp dates, card numbers, and last four of social , said they were representatives for Chase, Walmart, and other credit card numbers gave out my info like a dumbass it was to lower interest rates ,cancelled all credit cards and notified all credit bureau agencies for fraud alert services.

File a complaint with the FTC at ftc.gov. They were ordered to stop doing business. (See https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/documents/cases/150629paylesssolutionstro.pdf ) . Complain, and you can put these folks in jail for contempt of court.
