Said his name was Brian however he sound like he was from India and stated that he was from the Stae Medical Department (I don't think the State of Michigan has one) and said that I am entitled to a lot of money from a medical compensation pertaining to using Blood Thinners and according to his records I was using these specific thinners. Told him he might want to inform my doctor that I am on blood thinners since they have never been perscribed to me so he insisted twice that I was using blood thinners than hung up.

Sounds like a scam!
