Caller said that they were from pre trial processing and that they were going to pursue me at my home and place of employment because of a payday loan that I supposedly did not pay back in 2008. They would not give the name of their company but they did call one of my previous employers three times trying to get information on me.

called stating he was calling on behalf of us dept of labor and i took out 300 loan in 2010 and now they want money back or they will file with courts against me.
