Caller said that they were from pre trial processing and that they were going to pursue me at my home and place of employment because of a payday loan that I supposedly did not pay back in 2008. They would not give the name of their company but they did call one of my previous employers three times trying to get information on me.

These people continue to harass me about a non-existent debt. They claim that I have a notice to appear in court unless I pay them $450. I asked for the name of the company they represent and a copy of the agreement, but was given nothing but attitude and threats. They claimed to have had all of my information (address, work, etc) but have yet to send anything to me but keep calling to harass me. Plan on reporting to the FTC, BBB, and local law enforcement.

i started getting call last week one cal a day, now they are calling my cellphone and threatening me with judgement, arrest. The calls are front varies numbers. i called got the run around for 15 mintues, everytime someone new would pick up the call. it's getting extremely bad. The are threatening to come to my job and make a seen. what can a person do!

I have received calls from this number as well. I called back the first time - the operator stated they were trying to reach my Ex-Husband - "REALLY" I haven't had ANY contact with him in over 15 years!!!! The operator stated that my number was associated with his account - He doesn't even know my number! I told that operator to take my number off the account and Do Not Call Again.
And again today received another call to which I again called back - spoke with a "Cindy" she stated the company was Pre-Trial Processing - I gave her the information about my Ex-Husband - she stated that they had already spoke with him to disregard the call - I stated NO I would not and was in the middle of a Rant when she Hung Up on me.
I straight away called back and got her once again Immediately asked for a supervisor was on hold for a moment and another operator answered when asked his name he stated "Joel Anderson" I asked if he was a supervisor with No response and a pause again I asked if he was a supervisor and all I heard was "Hello" (as if he didn't hear me) I said Hello are you a supervisor again No response and a pause so I YELLED "You F-n B@st (you get the meaning)" - Oh that got his attention he could hear then and stated " Well now maam I hope you don't kiss your mother with that mouth" - my reply

I WILL be seeing what I can get done about these scammers with the FTC - BBB - Telephone Co. and ANYONE Else that take a complaint on them!

Someone called my HUSBAND'S phone - caller stated she was Nicole Smith w/ Pre-trial Processing, that they were looking for me in reference to 2 charges of fraud, and that they needed to hear from me by 3 pm today or they would begin proceedings. The original call came from 601-351-9607 but the call-back number they gave him was 954-653-2265. When I called, I spoke w/ a man that gave me the last four numbers of my social security number (which weren't mine) and asked for my date of birth (which I did not give). Also, as he verified my middle name - you guessed it - not mine. They are a people-finder for collections.

These people have been calling even EXTENDED family members (his brothers wife's dad) saying he owes on a payday loan he never even took out. They have fake names and are a complete joke. Please if anyone has any info or advice how to get them to stop calling please let us know!! They keep interrupting our work days and calling our family!!
