If you are the one that wants information, you should be the one to act more civilized.Your boss needs to check your rude, ugly mannerisms, and maybe you will be able have more compliance with your customers. Called said I had a payday loan from four years ago. Threaten to have me arrested if I didn't settle the matter and pay $950 within the hour. Cannot be arrested for payday loan.

Calling in reference to a two year payday loan. Threaten to arrest me on three counts of fraud. When I took out the loan I was working. I haven' t worked in two years. However, I will be working in January, but I do plan on paying it back. I have checked South Carolina laws on payday loans, and according to what the laws states, that can't arrested you for a payday law, it is a civil matter.
