Tax Impersonation Scam. Officer Jack Cooper...really. Do not be fooled by his story of your alleged tax fraud or his threats of federal prison. Law enforcement authorities will not show up within 30 minutes and you will not go to jail. These people are trying to steal your money.

Someone called my mom from this phone number and when she tried calling back all she could understand was that it as from the IRS, she said they sounded upset when she asked what company they were calling from. She doesn't speak English, so she communicated as best she could and then just waited for me to come home. I called the number from her cell and someone named Justin answered and said it was his cell and that one of his children must have dialed by accident when playing with his phone.

This number called me 5 mins ago. Left a message saying that I or my attorney should call him back asap or he will have to wish me luck as this is a time sensitive manner. Did not let me know what the matter was or even said my name or who the call was for. I called back from my work phone and a woman answered but hung up before she finished answering. i called immed after that and the phone rang off the hook.
