Jessica Sampson obviously works for them. I am an attorney in the state of Michigan. This is an online payday advance company trying to recoup lost funds. Defaulting on loans of any type does not constitute fraud, and therefore cannot be prosecuted as such. Besides, I had a client that was harassed by this company. The best thing to do is contact the FTC.

i recieved a call from this number but i did not take it seriously, until i went down to get a background check and i was arrested for not paying my check off, youre telling people its a scam cuz obviously u havent been caught you jerk. i spent 2 days there and now my dad is pissed, im not saying they all real but this time it was. make ur own decisions about ur situation, if u writing checks stop

Called saying that I owed on an old payday loan from Advance America and if I didn't pay money by 4:30 that afternoon, two warrants for my arrest would be issued and I would go to jail! I contacted the FTC and they stated that it was a sham operation and that I could NOT be arrested for this debt...and NOT to send them money! If they call you, report them to the Federal Trade Commission and your State Attorney General's Office!!!!!
