You went to jail for something other than writing a bad check you illiterate trash bag. I am an attorney, and received this call as well two years ago. ONCE. I looked into the company, and found out it was due to a payday advance that my son took out. We have the same name, so they thought they called the right person. I filed a complaint with the state department, and they never called back again. For anyone who reads this. These people are trying to collect a debt, and are going about it illegally. If you get one of them on the phone, ask for their full name, telephone number, and corporate address. Don't be rude, just get the information. Then Contact the nearest courthouse and file a complaint against them.

okay, i work for them look mi up on tweeter and facebook u raggedy witch, u aint no attorney and you got some nerve, why ur name unknown who are u. what law firm u work for. u is a con lady or man. i just laugh at so called advisiors like u. call mi boo. cause know ur facts before u put mess on the internet, i went thru something hard for real, jail aint no joke.

Jessica Sampson obviously works for them. I am an attorney in the state of Michigan. This is an online payday advance company trying to recoup lost funds. Defaulting on loans of any type does not constitute fraud, and therefore cannot be prosecuted as such. Besides, I had a client that was harassed by this company. The best thing to do is contact the FTC.

i recieved a call from this number but i did not take it seriously, until i went down to get a background check and i was arrested for not paying my check off, youre telling people its a scam cuz obviously u havent been caught you jerk. i spent 2 days there and now my dad is pissed, im not saying they all real but this time it was. make ur own decisions about ur situation, if u writing checks stop

Calls relatives stating urgency that they contact me because I'm facing 2-4 years in prison for check fraud. I don't write checks so I know it's fraud. The only people he contacted where men in my family. He violated the Fair Credit Act by revealing ALL of my info. This is a scam. Tries to scare u into paying him over the phone
