Canned call - pick up the phone and numbers are recited - called back the number they left 844-226-8637 started to explain about the canned calls and they hung up on me!

This phone number has been calling me for weeks and started calling my family members. They called me today and stated I took out an online payday loan in 2013 or earlier. I have never had an online payday loan. I ask what date did this occur? She said she didn't know date only amout of $400. She wanted me to pay $580 today or face garnishment of wages. I stated I wanted proof of this loan, because it wasn't me. I asked for the date and I can get my bank records and prove it wasn't me. She stated that she doesn't have any information and I must pay today or they will take me to court. I told her I will defiantly go to court because it is not true. I was so stressed about this. I'm so glad I found this website. The government need to shut them down.

They have been calling me steady on my cell and home phone, as well as my mother-in-laws phone. They claim I have an outstanding $800 loan from 2-years ago (2013) and it is fake. I do NOT and have not taken out any $800 loan... they can serve me, but I will do no dealings over the phone. Thanks for the heads-up! People need to get real and legitimate jobs!! Grrrrr...
