Adam Banks at this number just called my husband to tell him they had tried to serve me with papers twice and that if we didn't pay $1726 right now I was going to be arrested. He said I didn't pay a payday loan. COMPLETE SCAM!! Never happened!!

Did you ever hear anything more from this? I am waiting for the Police Department to come here so I can look into it more. A guy left message and when you call back from phone it originated from they answer are lady is VERY rude! When I called from my cell phone they wont answer and googling research indicated its from a Cell phone!

My brother received a call from this number this morning tying my Social Security number and his info to this stating that we had check fraud and left a message. When he called number back had a gal answer who was not nice at all to him, he told her to contact his attorney. When I and my other brother tried callign it back it went to a voicemail from a cell phone. (automated) and nobody would answer. COMPLETE SCAM! Looked up number shows it did indeed come from a cell phone. I have law inforcement family so DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY ACCOUNT info

Called saying I have 30 minutes to call back to keep from getting serviced papers. Have a supervisor to witness signature. If you want to avoid this, call back 1-844-653-2027 and then gave me a docket number, ending in US. I believe this is a scam, has anyone else received something like this. They end the call by consider yourself served. Not sure what to do..

I actually have been through this before. They call to verify my last 4 digit ssn. I told them i had no idea what they were talking about. Since i didn't verify the SSN mentioned they asked if she is talking to who she called for. She said she has all my info. and i took an advance loan for whatever amount. ( i didn't ) I told her this is not my first time dealing with phone call like hers. i told her last case i filed police report, FTC, BBB and i know she was not ligit. She started to raise her voice and telling me i need to do this and that. I told her stop raising her voice and i don't have to do anything and don't call me ever again. She got upset saying you have my number if you change your mind call me back and hung up on me. Never heard from her ever since.
She left me msg earlier that day saying consider you are legally served.
