The usual robocall BS message was left about legal action against my name and SS#. Have these people never heard of the Internet? If you Google their number, pages and pages of info can be found about their scam. Just block their number and get on with your lives.

Well, I rec'd the RoboCall like others, then I called the number back for kicks basically because I've dealt with these same scammers earlier this year. I spoke with a "Ryan or Bryan Conner" about a Wal-Mart credit card and I need to pay them $1070.51 by end of day or they would file charges against me. Knowing this is all a scam, because I reported them to my Sheriff's Office in Jan. or Feb., I asked for proof of the debt. Well, Ryan becomes totally belligerent & calls me all kinds of things (irresponsible, stupid, dumb) and said he wasn't sending me a D**N thing because I owe this money and I need to set up payment right now. Then he asks me for my SSN#, so I said how dumb do you think I am...if you are going to sue me, then you should have that information. Well, that just gets his goose going, lol! I had a couple of my coworkers around to listen to his call & I told him he was being recorded, he hung up on me. So, I called back & asked again for valid proof of the debt (guys, I haven't had a Wal-Mart card since like 2004ish & my limit was only $250 because I was just a college student; that card was paid off years ago) and he still refused to provide me any information. The first time they called me earlier this year, I was given a different amount and told the card originated in Dec. of 2006 (a flat out lie!), well this time, my old buddy B/Ryan would not give me ANY INFORMATION AT ALL, just wanted to sue me, so I told him to go ahead. He proceeded to get upset because he could hear my coworkers "taking note" of what was going on & told me he'd serve me with papers. I laughed, he hung up! People, don't trust this company, he told me they were GE Capitol & when I called back, whomever picked up the phone stated an entirely different phony company name...OH, another red flag is that there is no automated system, they just answer the phone by saying HELLO...what reputable company does that?

When I called back, the first words were they had a summons with my name and social security number and was goiong to serve me at my home or job. Then said I could pay the $1000 if I choose to settle up or go to court where fees would make the amount $3000. I asked when this event occurred I was told that I would find out in court but if it gets that far I will have to pay double. THen I said I didnt recall any such transaction I was then called a f****** Ahole and a criminal.
Just read an article about his type of aggressive tactics. I feel bad for anyone who they actually can intimadate and make pay them without any proof.

called sayig I had check fraud was going to press charges I live in north Carolina they are scammers using a California based company when I called back and told them I was reporting them they got smart had four different people claiming to be from a law firm.

Called my cell phone saying she was trying to reach Rhonda Corley, her name is Linda and she is the scheduler for Leon County. Does not know what I have to appear for but I have to appear. Says her ID is 850-906 (which ironiccaly is the area and first 3 digits of my home land line), and she said to call her at 855-244-7206. I know if this was truly a call from someone with the County having to do with scheduling for the Court it would not be done by a telephone call, there would be a Subpoena served by an officer of the Court. I've worked in the legal field for over 30 years, so whoever this idiot is does not know anything about the law. I hope you find them.

Most def a scam. They called my phone and asked for my spouse saying we have a complaint about you pls provide your SSN to confirm it's you. Yeah Right !,,,, this is a Scam do not answer that number nor return thier calls ..BLOCK them. I have notified the Atty Generals Office about this number.
