I told them that the amount in question is a fraud case being worked by Macy's. Macy's told me that they would send an email last week so that these folks would stop calling me but I can see that that did not happen. Macy's has been inept handling this case as (of March 2016) the case is 5 months old and has not been solved yet.

Citibank calling on behalf of Macy's American Express. They called to tell me I am four months behind and I told them my account has been turned over to the Fraud Division for stolen identity. Then she said oh I see that now in the notes. Sorry. Ignore the call.
