I demand to have the physical address of the call center making these calls. They REFUSE to give this to me. The harrassment is uncalled for and illegal under the fair debt collection act.

Hi Guys
I called Citibank to report my Credit Card. I had just made a purchase online only to discover that the company sent me another email saying “Congratulations on you knew online membership”. Apparently taking one membership out automatically signed me up to another for $4 per month.
I was not happy so I called Citibank. The woman was helpful and sorted the matter out.
She stopped any further payments and cancelled my credit card. She asked if Citibank could call about Credit card Insurance. I said yes.
The very next day I get a call from 02 9191 1653 saying they are associated with Citibank. I don’t know about you, but it would appear that they are or, they have scammers working for them that is passing our information on.
