I've called the real Capital One TWICE to verify that this number does NOT belong to Capital One. It is a scam. Anyone stating on these types of websites that it is a legit Capital One number that helped them detect fraud is WRONG and probably in on the scam. Go to donotcall.gov and file a complaint-- takes only a minute or so. Let's shut these f---ers down.

Once again these idiots from Capitol One call my home. What is absolutely frustrating is they are looking for my wife's ex-husband and his current wife. My wife divorced the dead beat over 25 years ago. This is probably the 30th call we have received from this collection agency in the past week. I have given them the ex's contact number over and over again but they continue to call us. Since the caller today had a very "thick" accent I asked her where she was. She admitted to me that she was in India. WTF!!!!! No wonder no one gets the message that they continue to call the wrong place. But what amazes me the most is I've done their investigative work for them and handed them the phone numbers for both the ex-husband and his wife but these idiots continue to call me. And no matter what some of you think, this is not some company phishing for your info. This is NCO Financial, with cold callers located in India, and they do debt collections for Capitol One and this fact was verified by a customer service manager at Capitol One.
