This guy will stop at nothing. I can see why they have been fined several times by the FEDs. Looks like OSI and NCO merged in 2007.

This company NCO is a debt collection agency. They keep calling my place of employment. I have asked this man Bob who is the same person that calls every time to stop calling my place of employment. He still keeps calling. My advice to you is to record all conversations with this company. They use illegeal means to collect the debt that you owe. This way you can take them to court and sue them.
