She could show me where the error messages were coming from I just needed to start my computer and she would guide me through. She couldn't tell me how to do it, she had to instruct me as I did it. She gave me the phone number and web address www.ITSolutionUSA.net. She couldn't convince me she knew what was going on when she couldn't give me the correct information about how to access Windows from my keyboard. I told her I wasn't interested in whatever she was trying to do to my computer or sell me and I hung up.
