The company is Allied Interstate based out of Minnesota. They are a collection agency and in 2010 were hit with a $1.75 million fine from the FTC for trying to collect debts from the wrong people. Or you can call them at (800) 811-4214. I emailed Allied advising them to "cease and desist" from further harassment and checked the box for "I am the wrong person".
