Some guy named Ryan Scott called and said he was trying to serve legal court documents on my boyfriend. Gave us 24 hours to call back during a holiday weekend. told us to reference a case number 2279. At the end of the message he stated my boyfriend's last name incorrectly and said that he had been legally served (and i work for the court in our county and you can not legally serve someone over the phone. Also the phone number they left (888-366-1412) goes to voicemail for a company called Global Litigation Group.

I think this is a scam a few years ago I got the same call. I just told them to serve me. Now again I get another call that legal action is to be taken for an old acc. with a Circuit City, all along they had the wrong address. The # given to call back was 888-366-1412. with a case #. I called and was given an option to pay half the amt within 24 of how I was going to pay if not I would be served. I search more info for this Co. and phone number. Finally found the Co. in San Gabriel, Ca and there # is 626-656-7670 and a Mr. Cartwight answered.
I think this may be a scam no reviews or other information can be found for this Co.
