My boyfriend got the same call either last thursday or friday, just before the labor day weekend...he wasnt able to answer so the person calling left a message. Some guy refered to himself as Ryan Scott and that he was trying to serve my boyfriend with legal court paperwork. He was told to reference a specific case number and that he had 24 hours to call back. The number we were given to call back just goes to voicemail every time for a company called Global Litigation Group. We left a message but no one has called back yet.

They gave me this # so I could tell them when I would be available to be served with court papers they said this # belongs to the ISSUING AGENT???????????

I also recieved a call. Did you ever get served. A Mr. Thomas calls and says he is with a judicial delivery service wanting me to call them so I can get served with papers either where I work at or a residence. They claim to be lawyers from a collection agency.
I this a scam or what the hell.
