Calling at all hours and now today even on a Government company phone. Says they are trying to collect on a debt from 1977. Now this person calls just before 9 p.m. We are in our mid 70's and my wife is handicapped from strokes and on oxygen. I'm still employed. This debt was paid off early in 1980. Even that bank is closed now. Is there anyway we can stop this man? They keep wanting the last 4 numbers of my social security number and I keep refusing to give it.
