I have had 2 calls now, threats of taking me to jail, prison,going to court or meet them in court and garnishment. They are calling every state but sounds like their calling from india. I talked to a detective and they will finally catch up woith them.

Same voice mail as I have received for the last 4 months (word for word). I called back and they claimed they could not find anything related to number on which I received the call. The individual asked for my social security number. I did not provide it. I told them do not call this number again. I could hear other callers in the background. The same threats as I have heard before. One individual said that an officer would be by at 11:00 AM tomorrow to take the individual to court. Lending contracts now clearly say (at least in California) that these types of threatening calls are illegal.

This man called and claimed i took money from a online instant cash thing and i am being sued for money, they claim the amount was depostited in 2009 and i went throug all statements in 2009 and 2010, they claim to prevent the police from arresting me i can pay them double the amount, PFFFFTTT! give me your name company the works, the man got upset and hung up the phone. I am investigating this, dont be scammed and DO NOT! pay people over the phone. Save your money do get scammed!

second time dealing with these idiots. they call and say im being sued and if i don't pay them i'm going to jail. same threats and messages as Anderson Law Associates, which is who called me the first time around, only 3 weeks ago. this guy or guys are pathetic. i'm most likely going to change my number and bank account because of these assholes. DON'T SEND THEM MONEY ITS A SCAM. they told me 3 weeks ago when i asked for a business license number that they were sending a fraud investigation team to arrest me within 2 hours. its been 3 weeks and i still havent been arrested and i still havent been summoned to court for a law suit. the only thing that has happened is that i was granted 3 weeks of peace from these idiots, but now it has started over. again, i repeat, complete scam.
