No they call my mother house phone and harassing her asking for me talking about they going to sue me and to give her information about me. My mother told them to send out a business letter head and they just hung the phone up on her. Saying she is asking to much questions.

The number that they called from is not displayed on caller ID.
The message on the answering machine does not contain ANY information about ANYONE.
They do give a "account number" 43-00909 to make it sound like it is some "thing" that is real.
But don't even say "WHO" the message is intended for.
(It sounds DIRE, and looming like death.) Melodramatic...
This is just a general message that is intended to get a response. (Scam)
Registered mail is how "Notifications" are done.
(They threaten to send "Registered Mail"...)(They would have to do that FIRST.)
REAL DEBT requires NAMES, and ALL the INFORMATION that is needed to verify it's validity.
This message is so vague, that it makes a good "BLANKET" to cover anyone it calls.

They called my dad looking for me with a claim number and I called them back they claimed that I was being sued but couldn't tell me what for without my file this number is a scam I don't owe anyone money so don't fall for it they need to be brought to justice and stopped.

Called me at work 5 times, and called my mother who is frail and in ill health. They told my mom they were coming to arrest me for bank fraud and
not paying a pay day loan in July 2013. They failed to provide a street address, so that I can send a request for them to stop calling me at work. I have not been arrested and I have not been served papers. His last words to me were bring two forms of ID to court, and then he hung up.

They called me too. They said I was going to be sent to court, and I needed to respond in the next 24 hours. I've definitely been to court before, and they sent me documentation in the mail, not over the phone. Never trust anyone that refuses to send you written documentation. These frauds are disgusting!

Scammer calling trying to get information from the person that picks up the phone do not give no information to this person very rude and aggressive unprofessional. I think they look up your phone number online and see what information they could get. It's all a scam.
Lady left messages on my answer machine when I called her back she was very unprofessional told me to wait she pretended to transfer me then she picked up her phone pretending to be someone else how dumb. Told her to stop calling I have reported this number to the FBI.
