It is a fraud pretending that you are elgible for a decrease in the credit card interest rate. Pretending to represent Chase, Capital One, Bank of America and Others. Asked for Credit card info and I replied, why are you asking me if you have my information already. His reply, was "Go F--- yourself". My response, "Excuse Me" and he replied again, "Go F--- yourself" and then he hang up.

I received a recorded message of "last chance to lower credit card rates on your credit card, press 9 now". According to my internet search, this phone number belongs to David and Sheila Sutton who live in and own a single family residential 3 bed, 1 bath 1,369 sqft single family residential hom at 44151 Mary Sauls Circle, Callahan, Fl. 32011. Other residents at that address are Naomi Barnes and Alicia Lauricella. David is purported to be caucasian and in service oriented occupations.
