Frequent robo-caller. So I made an appointment which I will not keep just to annoy them. The robot even called me again yesterday. Their paperwork gave me this number. I cannot find them registered as a business in CA. I will make more appointments which I will not honor until they stop calling.

I suggest we all get together and file suit against the carrier and the company. It was successully done in England. I'm sure it has been done in the US successfully in the US as well. I have been receiving calls on my business line for a few years. The phone number he leaves is not even accessible. When I call the number if receive a recording, sounds like an operator, "you can call this long distance number with an access code" Very strange, I would imagine Ray doesn't get much business.

Very annoying, repetitive telemarketer...will not stop...called 10 times this week!! Please someone help stop this guy. The phone number he leaves is 916-234-9398. He does not leave the company name.

Leaves repeated recorded messages on our landline for carpet cleaning with 916-234-9398 as a contact number. When I tried to call to get taken off, got the message that I need to activate a long-distance carrier to complete the call (our landline does not have long distance enabled).

FWIW, the address given of 1721 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA 95822-4236 is a home, not a business. Likely a "contractor" of the Las Vegas scammer, but it's worth putting pressure on everyone involved.
