It is also considered a Misdemeanor by the Maryland Criminal code for "Harassment via telecommunication means".
Criminal: Fines, plus imprisonment.
Civil fines: 1st time) Warning. 2nd time) $500 Fine. 3rd time and each time Thereafter) $1000 Fine --- to you from the criminal.
Looks like I can sue them for over $10,000 as soon as you post the address and I can bring them to court.
I have friends who are cops in that area, and if we are successful, I will give you 10% of the winnings from my civil court.
Every time this person calls, I blow a 120 Decibel whistle in his ear as loud as I possibly can, and he immediately hangs up.
I strongly suggest all of you do the same. This "Fox 40 Whistle" can be picked up at any sporting goods store for about $3!

Frequent robo-caller. So I made an appointment which I will not keep just to annoy them. The robot even called me again yesterday. Their paperwork gave me this number. I cannot find them registered as a business in CA. I will make more appointments which I will not honor until they stop calling.
