Had 2 messages on Jan 7th, 2015 to call as soon as possible. Her name was Lisa Davis from the Dept of Legal Affairs. She had a heavy Indian accent. Had to listen to messages a few times to try and understand. They gave me the number to call them back 916-872-9423. I knew it was a scam.
