Left a harrassing message indicating I am being investigated for tax fraud, evasion and I will be contacted by a criminal attorney and will be arrested if I don't call back to make arrangements to pay them my back tax debt.

I don't have back tax debt - file my taxes and and am in no trouble with the IRS.
