This number (972-653-3003) called constantly and is a scam asking for credit card numbers and identifying themselves as City Bank. I called the real CitiBank and they confirmed there is no relation and will be investigating for fraud.

An unwanted call from this Irving TX number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, a recorded woman's voice claimed to be Citibank inquiring about a certain credit card (that I do not carry) and directing a return call to an 866 area code number.
Folks, this is a scam, pure and simple! AVOID THESE SHYSTERS!
