Indian man called and tried to get me to mess with my laptop since he was calling from Windows saying my laptop was sending out a loud ping. I told him he was a con man and he laughed and said "no I'm not" so I let him explain and then said have a good night and hung up. I haven't received a call back. Total con!!! Don't give your info or touch your laptop w/them on the phone!
