Woman called from restricted number. Stated that she was a person finder and had civil papers to service me. I disconnected the call. She called back stated that she would be to my home which she verified my physical address and full name. Stated she would be there within the half hour from the call and stated I would have to call 8448757141 within the hour. Stated I would have to have id and a witness to sign for the papers. Person never showed I called the local police to come out as well as I was alone, When I call the number the voicemail stated it was ACS. She was pushy I have never heard of a person calling to give documents.

About an hour ago I received a call from 801-567-2399 at my business. They said they were from ACS in the Philippines then claimed to be from Xerox, on behalf of UPS and they had a shipment but needed to verify the account number. Nothing about the shipment made sense, but they did have an employee name so he spoke to them. They claimed that they would be sending us an invoice to pay for the shipment. Of course there was no shipment as the ship to and receivers name and address were the same. They could not verify any information whatsoever about the invoice. I am not sure what will come from this call, but I assure you, we will follow up when/if an invoice comes in, and of course we will not pay it.

THIS NUMBER AND COMPANY IS LEGIT although I had hoped they wouldn't be lol! I received a call from this same number, it showed up as "Withheld" on my caller ID, but the lady did give me this number for callback purposes. She told me that this was in regards to a loan that I had to failed to pay and it was sent to her office for arbitration. I did some investigating and yes this number belongs to a company called ACS-Education Services and they handle student loans! OOPS!!

He called and wanted to know if he could send the shipping invoice where a company had shipped us supplies. He said he was part of UPS
He had done his search where he found we had bought expensive supplies for our company and he said he was collecting for them. It is a really good thing I was aware of it all, I told him, no I do not do business with you and all of a sudden he hung us. He tried his best to send me a shipping invoice.

This company claimed we had a pay day loan when I never have. I asked for verification they started screaming at me calling me a c*nt b*tch and a thief . I called back to talk with a supervisor more of the same. Apparently this is not a legal company they used to claim to be contential now acs when they are not. They will threaten you it's just a tactic. Do not give them money. They can not serve you or prosecute you. Tell them to F off and by law they have to provide verification of your debt in 30 days if they don't you can file a civil suit agianst them.

This gentlman calls so much to our office for one of our employees. He cusses at everyone that answers the phone. we have told him that the person he is trying to reach is in a production warehouse and there are no phones. We have given the employee the message, he calls 30-45 times with in an hour several times a week.

THIS PERSON CALLED AND LEFT A VOICE MAIL, ASKING FOR $300.00 DOLLARS. This is a scam, hang up when they call on your phone and place their e mails in sweep then delete them upon appearance in your e mail in box! Also report them to law enforcement, FBI CYBER CRIMES, STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. They want access to your bank accounts and speak with a heavy middle eastern accent. They will claim you owe them money, In truth from me, they are nothing but criminals and predators. Give them nothing, not even the time of day. Block their phone calls and their e mails. Extremely rude and Annoying!

One of my firm's clients had received a telephone call from this "company"
The "Company" Identifies as "ACS" mediation services. They claim to be a "mediation service" (that isn't even a thing).
This is a scam. John and Ryan there are idiots - have no knowledge of the actual law that they are pretending to represent.
They will claim they are calling to serve you papers (that is not how a subpoena works), they will claim that they will see you in court, again that is not how it works.
Tell them to Cease and Desist all contact will you.
