First a man named Jared Jones called, ask me if my name was Yolanda, then gave me the last four digits of my ss. He then transferred me to his supervisor Adrian Walker. Adrian said I owed money to his company, when I ask that they send something in writing he said he could not do that. When I didn't want to work with him he hung up and put me on an automatic redial and called my company line about 20 times, until i called him back, he said they are going to keep calling me until i make a payment today. I did have a loan, but paid it back and that may have also been a scam because when i got may papers this lady Allena Jones from cash advance told me i needed to make a payment, in which i did and now i think this was a scam also.

Caller left a message alleging me and my mom were being criminally charged for a debt I allegedly owe based on a Cash Advance application created on the internet, where all of my personal information was noted, including my mom's name and phone number as a reference, in September 2010. I never received any money. But I think I filled out an application online and now I am a victim of fraud. "Adrian's" message told me to call 704/508-0117. My mom called and asked for Adrian Walker. She was transferred to his alleged supervisor, "Sebastian Elvedor" allegedly at extension 2534. Sebastian alleged that a law suit was filed in North Carolina (case # G231222314) and that three criminal allegations were pending. He could not provide specific statute information or details about when the alleged deposit took place. My mom told him this was sounding like fraud and he hung up on her.

This collection company is hammering our company looking for an employee that is no longer here. They refuse to stop calling and said that they would either collect from her or from us! There has to be a law or something we can do to stop this company. They call us filthy names and liars when they call. I am not sure where to go from here
