I've been battling this outfit for 2 weeks now. They say took out a cash advance loan, which I did not and they are calling to collect payment. They call me numerous times everyday on my cell and at work. I even went so far as to contact my local police sergeant who called them and basically told them to knock it off. Nothing works. After the sergeants call he immediately called my cell and demanded payment again. I don't know what else to do but I'm still investigating.

Carlos called and claimed he was trying to collect a personal debt but he was calling the person at work. the person he was calling for was not wanting to talk with him at work and gave him her personal cell phone #. he would not take no for an answer and called back hundreds of times. when he was not allowed to talk with her he became very abusive and vulgar. he told any woman who answered the phone he was going to rape them. he called every who would not transfer the call a muthefu%*er.

This collection company is hammering our company looking for an employee that is no longer here. They refuse to stop calling and said that they would either collect from her or from us! There has to be a law or something we can do to stop this company. They call us filthy names and liars when they call. I am not sure where to go from here
