I got a voicemail by this phony threatening me with a summons that he will be deliverying to my house in 24-48 hours and I must have two forms of I.D. Didn't say who he was trying to reach or what it was about. He barked up the wrong tree, Im coming for you "Anthony Johnson"

Called my place of employment (and I never work the phone but happened to be filling in for receptionist and took the call)and wanted to talk to HR re: policy for serving legal papers on the premises to an employee (me). So this @$$clown talks to HR and gives no company name (big tip off, as well as the 855 area code) I should have sent the guy to voice mail oblivion. "Anthony Johnson" is such a phony, generic name. Gave a "Case number" to reference to. Basically all this is intimidation and unspoken,subtle threats of legal action to get you to call them back and pay off a debt that is past the SOL (in California it is 4 yrs). Bottom feeder collection agency-do not call them back, and do not give any personal information. Making a payment on account over 4 yrs. old will re-open the debt and you assume all liability for it again. Legit company will give their name.

Caller said I owed the IRS $5,000 and that I had to pay or I would be arrested. The caller even gave me an IRS case number and said that my accounts had been frozen. At the same time I got a call from my supposed local police stating a warrant had been issued for my arrest. IRS said there was no such case number and the police said no had called me and there was no warrant. None of my bank accounts had been frozen although someone did attempt to get cash from my credit card.
