A very uneducated man called stating he was "assistant to the attorney" and that I had committed check fraud . he stated that either I call their office or I would be arrested. for This check fraud

I just got the same call he called me one my WORK line which for sure was his first and last mistake
Told him if there was a law suite then they would know where to send the paper work

i just recieved a call from this number. They left a message saying," The very second you receive this message, I need you or your attorney to return the call. It is extremely time sensitve. My name is Adam Peterson, and the hotline to my division is 469-518-9152, Don't disregard this message. If you don't return the call, or I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you good luck in this situation." I have called them to ask what this was and he read off all my information and told me I was going to get arrested. When I asked him to fax me a copy of the paperwork in front of him, he got mad and hung up on me. SCAM,SCAM, SCAM

They called saying I have three allegations against my ssn number and they would file papers against me and threatened my job and said the police would pick me up so when I said fax all the paper work to my attorney they said they cant do that so when I said they are full of bs he got very belligerent and said if I dont pay either 8740 or a one time payment of 743 dollars I will be going to court

they left a messaje saying that i missed my court date and if i didnt call back they will send police to my house. i called back and they couldnt give me any information on who called me and hung up. called back and i asked where i was calling and said they hung up on me again.
