It is an extended warranty company, that appears to be just a scam. If they are not a scam, they sure do lie about a lot. According to them, they receive their call lists from the dealer ship, but my dealer ship has confirmed that they have no connection to this company, and that they use Fidelity Insurance to handle all their Extend Warranties, which are only offered through them.
"Senior Account Manager" Amy tried to convince me that my 3 year warranty was expiring after 2 years, and began yelling at me when I disagreed.
