Asked for an unknown name. Called very early in the morning while everyone was busy starting the day. Extremely annoying.

Caller ID says Toll Free, but it is Bay Area Credit (https://www.bayareacredit.com/home.htm) .
I called them back anonymously and their switchboard answers as Bay Area Credit Services.
I only have past due medical/surgery bills (major bucks $$$) that are in dispute with my insurance carrier, so I'm pretty sure it involves them.
In any event I am terminal. If they can get any funds from me after I'm in the ground, more power to them.
In the mean time they can blow me.
