876-362-8306 called me and represented himself as "Billy Grimes" from Publishers Clearing House. He said I won 1.2 million dollars and a new car and kept referencing The Drifters "This Magic Moment." He said they were on their way now with my prize, so he needed $1200 from me now to pay Uncle Sam and processing fees. I told him I don't have that kind of money, that I would pay it out of my winnings and he hung up on me.
