Person called with a strong accent, stating that he was James Kennedy of Publishers Clearing House, and I had won $800,000. and a new vehicle. But to claim the prize, I would have to send $350. to cover taxes. This is a SCAM!!!

Female caller asked for my personal info saying I was a finalist for a credit card-related contest. I didn't enter into any draw or contest. This is clearly a scam. I told her not to call again.

Scam call from "Publishers Clearing House" (impersonating) stating my mom had won second prize of 860,000 dollars and giving a claim number. The person who called claimed that they needed a western union check sent to them for $300.00 to claim the prize. So to claim the prize they said there would be someone coming by to deliverer the prize check but first she was to go to a local UPS store to send a money gram. Beware of this scam and report it to your local police to file a complaint, do not return any calls to this phone number because you will be charged a large dollar amount for place the call.
