The caller indicates that the IRS has filed suit against me and to call 385 212 8814 for details to correct. The caller came through as calling from 385 212 8814 on my cell phone. I received 2 calls on 3/29/2016. I did not contact the number as I knew the IRS does not may such calls they will send you a certified notice in order to acquire a signature from you that you received the notice
