The caller talked very fast as soon as I picked up my cell. When I asked, " who are you and what is your company?" He kept on talking in English which I could hardly understand. So I hung up.

Calls from this and related phone numbers repeatedly every day for a week. When we answer, a man with a very thick Indian accent says he is calling about a loan we applied for. When we say how he got our number, we are on the DNC list, he says, "Your account is in our system." When we told him to remove it, he said he would, "but it will cost $39.95." We hung up, but he keeps calling.
