Recieved the same calls. When I called back they told me that it was due to a credit card and did not want to give me any information about who they were or why I was being contacted other than I was to be served with papers to my local county. I told them to serve me and I would take care of it in court. That's when they got mad and hung up the phone. Have recieved these calls on multiple days at different times in the month going back to 11/14 and as current as 1/22/15.

Very RUDE!!! Says that fraud has been attached to my name and SSN. Threatened with court summons. Refused to provide any information but wanted me to verify personal information. I refused to give any personal information and Carlos became very irate, told me to expect a court summons in 3-5 days at my home and hung up on me. They also call from another number 307-274-8686. I need Carlos' frequent flyer miles because he answers at both numbers. One from WY and the other from LA. :-) They do use an automated dial service from both numbers. This number tells you that if you do not call back that you will be served and therefore give up your rights. I have filed a complaint against them with www.consumerfinance.gov. Anyone else receiving calls from these folks should do the same.

They have several different numbers calling my cell and my job saying I am being sued for 8000 and if I don't pay I will be served at work and arrested and taken to jail for 30 days. They sound like they are from India.

This idiot called me asking to speak to the manager about handling our payroll services, but as soon as he learned I wasn't interested in his services, he hung-up on me without as much as a "good-bye".
I called hin=m to ask why he was so rude and why he hung up on me and he asked me to stop calling him!!! The nerve!!!!
I am so furious I want to go down to his office at 8675 s. priest #104 in Tempe and give him a piece of my mind!
Claims to be the person in charge, even invited me to come see him after hours to "Handle it".
This is the type of company and individual that do not deserve to be in business.
