Very pushy, Says that fraud has been attached to my name and SSN in my county. Threatened with court summons. They refused to provide any information but wanted me to verify personal information. When I pressed harder, they became angry and hung up. Total scam

Recieved the same calls. When I called back they told me that it was due to a credit card and did not want to give me any information about who they were or why I was being contacted other than I was to be served with papers to my local county. I told them to serve me and I would take care of it in court. That's when they got mad and hung up the phone. Have recieved these calls on multiple days at different times in the month going back to 11/14 and as current as 1/22/15.

Very RUDE!!! Says that fraud has been attached to my name and SSN. Threatened with court summons. Refused to provide any information but wanted me to verify personal information. I refused to give any personal information and Carlos became very irate, told me to expect a court summons in 3-5 days at my home and hung up on me. They also call from another number 307-274-8686. I need Carlos' frequent flyer miles because he answers at both numbers. One from WY and the other from LA. :-) They do use an automated dial service from both numbers. This number tells you that if you do not call back that you will be served and therefore give up your rights. I have filed a complaint against them with www.consumerfinance.gov. Anyone else receiving calls from these folks should do the same.

Rec'd voicemail stating I was being sued/charged with 2 charges due to fraud. I knew this wasn't right and said WTF? I returned call and gave them claim # that was given. They said are you so and so- man's name- I said no, you got the wrong number. That through off the scammer/ away from her script. She then said-Let me verify- what are the last 4 digits of your SS #? I said no way in hell I'll give you my personal information. I proceeded to grill her with questions and she realized-she wasn't getting anything from me. She said" I have no time for you and you'll continue to get these calls because you haven't verified your SS. HAHAH Then she hung up! BRING IT ON!! Block them, file complaint with FCC and FTC, File complaint with your state attorney's office. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! It's a SCAM.
