Also call the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at 1-855-411-2372 or www.consumerfinance.gov and file a complaint! The only way to shut this vermin scammer down is to be proactive! The amount if harassment I've received is against the federal collection laws!

Chris Martin from Equity Solutions call last week from this number (330-777-9779). He identified himself as a managing partner of a firm, leading me to believe he was an attorney. He started the call by informing me he was calling the local authorities to have me arrested for providing my SS # for fraudulent use. Making very clear to me that the authorities would be at my front door within an hour to take me to federal jail. I thought it was a joke, so I snickered....that set him off. He raised his voice and started calling me derogatory names. At that point as I was about to end the call, he spouted out my dob, my SS#, my address and family members names. He also threw in that I was the stupidest women he had ever talk to, I'm a terrible mother and that I'm lazy sitting at home living off the government while he works long hours to pay for my laziness. Hmmmm, now that got my attention....Chris Martin called me while I was working, yes he called me at work. I asked several time to speak to his supervisor, he refused each time stating he was a managing partner. Long story, short version...an hour later I received a call from "Keith" stating he is the Manager of Equity Solutions and overheard the call Chris Martin had made to me. He apologized for the earlier inappropriate phone call from his employee, especially since the company (collection agency) has NO FILE listed for me. Yep, that's right I have never in the past or present had or have any dealings with this company. I am very concerned about Equity Solutions (520 South Main St. Akron, OH) business and personnel lack of moral ethics.

Omg I was petrified...I got a message saying there was a criminal lawsiut against me...in 3 days...I was so scared I just stayed in my room for a week. Didnt answer the door or phone...then I googled the law firm...and found out its some scam..ugh can I sue these bastards...anyone try that?
