I have received numerous calls to my home and work number threatening to put me in jail within 15 days and make me pay up to $8000.00 if I don't pay on some loan/debt I never got/obtained and call the number back. This was after requesting a payday loan whcih is almost paid back with no issues.

Omg I was petrified...I got a message saying there was a criminal lawsiut against me...in 3 days...I was so scared I just stayed in my room for a week. Didnt answer the door or phone...then I googled the law firm...and found out its some scam..ugh can I sue these bastards...anyone try that?
