Collection agency, targeting victims about supposed non-payment of really old loans, like 20 years??! Claims to be D2 (or B2) Management. Robo-call until the computer thinks it has reached a real person, then a human being takes over.. Who falls for this?

received a call from auto dialer. when I called number I asked the girl what company they were. She said D2 management. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it and hung up.
