They pretend to be a lawfirm and ask for your social security when it's not given they get rude and say they'll mail your affidavits and you'll have to go before a judge. When I called them out on being a scam they started making sexual remarks and jokes about how rich they are from scamming people.

I applied for a loan and got a call back stating I could get the loan and all I need to do is put $100.00 on a green dot card for the processing fee and that it is refunded back with the loan amount. I did that and called them back with the green dot card information. They ran the card and took my money. He never bothered to mention any other fees up front. He proceeded to tell me that I needed another $150.00 for insurance. I told him if I had that kind of money that I wouldn't be calling them for a loan. He said he couldn't refund my $100.00. I had to pay fee of $4.95 to put money on the green dot card. I was taken for $100.00. This company rips people off every day. They need to give people their money back and be shut down. They give american names and can't speak english! Something needs to be done

Got a call from David Jones and said that he was from the IRS and that there was a claim against me and there was a lawsuit that was going to be filed and asked if I had counsel to represent me. Knew from the moment that I heard him it was a scam. You could tell the connection wasn't clear and he had a very thick accent - and he was very very rude. Told him I was a lawyer and he asked for my bar number and I gave it to him and immediately he hung up. If you call the number his voicemail comes and says he is an IRS officer. I reported it to the IRS.

I started to receive these calls from this company two months ago and they are starting up again. When they called me the first time they said I was being sued for an unpaid loan. I have no idea what they were talking about so I asked them when was the money deposited into my account they said december of 2010 and I told them thats a lie I didnt open that account until March of 2011. They must have gotten scared because they hung up on me. And here it is two months later and the phone calls begin again. This guy cursed me out something terrible. But I paid him no mind I must have really gotten under his skin. These people are a joke.
